Appointments with a Specific Status with no Future Appointment

What is this worklist?

This worklist was created by Destinations Consulting and is provided at no charge to your practice. Practices may want to use this to identify all patients who have cancelled, no showed, or rescheduled appointments without a future appointment. The worklist will prompt you for an appointment status (whichever code you used to mark the appointments as cancelled) and start and end dates. It returns a list of all patients who had an appointment with this status in the time frame that don't have an appointment after the end date.

How do you use this worklist?

From the main Compulink screen, select the green Data Mining button. From this screen, select "Criteria":

From the screen that pops up, select Add:

You can name this report whatever you'd like. We've named ours "Appts Specific Status w/o Future Appt" Make sure to include a description of this worklist for anyone else who may access these worklists. Copy and paste the following script into the SQL Script field:

Select "Patient" for the Query Type and change Worklist from "N" to "Y". Lastly, put "Name=100,Date=65,Reason=85,Home=85,Cell=85,Loc=50" in the Display Field List and click Save.

How will I access this worklist?

From the Patient Demographics screen, select the Worklist icon at the top and scroll down to the worklist. Enter the appointment status, start and end dates, and location then click "OK." If you want to run the worklist for all locations, you can enter "%" when prompted.
